As a female dentist and business owner, I routinely face the challenges that come with working in a male-dominated profession. This presents leadership and business challenges including patient, staff, and peer stigmas.

Over the years, I’ve learned to navigate my reputation not only as a premier dental expert to my patients and team but also to the greater dental profession. I believe it’s important for female dentists to learn, practice, and implement leadership principles so that you can succeed in your practice, in the profession, and in your personal life. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to mentor and coach female dentists to achieve excellent results in their businesses.
